Our billing service grew out of our own in-house psychotherapy practice, Psychotherapy Associates of North Reading & Amesbury. The owners/founders, Richard Kaufman and Donna Whipple, are both clinicians. Because of this, we have an excellent understanding of all aspects of medical billing, and we can better relate to the needs of clinicians and clinical practices than billing services without this direct experience of the clinical side.
