Additionally, their communication skills are top-notch - I always felt informed and up-to-date on the progress of our project.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Honestly, I can't think of anything that could have been done better! Our experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. If I had to nitpick, I suppose it would have been nice to have a more detailed timeline at the beginning of the project - but this is a minor quibble and didn't have any impact on the final result.
