Blueprint's Founder, Brandon Metcalf, founded Talent Rover in 2009, leveraging the Salesforce platform to create a staffing and recruitment software application focused on the sales-to-invoice customer journey. It quickly grew to eight global offices and went on to become the 9th fastest-growing software company in America (Inc.500), before being acquired by Bullhorn in 2018 and becoming an integral part in the company's all-in-one sales and recruitment cloud-based solution.Through Talent Rover's explosive growth and acclaimed startup journey, a select group of the company's leadership team saw firsthand the wide range of obstacles and challenges software companies face when developing Salesforce solutions and bringing new products to market.
