Starting a company has always been my dream. To prepare for this, I spent several years working in the industry, gaining valuable experience and honing my technical expertise through various projects. My mission in establishing this company was to deliver affordable yet high-quality solutions to clients. Additionally, I envisioned creating a positive and supportive work environment for employees—one where they could excel professionally without the pressures of overtime or late-night work.

Client and employee satisfaction is the key to success for any business. Boffin Coders believes in this core value. We listen to the problems of our clients and employees carefully and always try to provide the best solution.

Boffin Coders started with B2C, working with small clients and a few team members, steadily growing our portfolio and expertise. As we delivered quality work consistently, we attracted larger clients and expanded our team. The key achievement was successfully moving into the B2B space. It was crucial to build trust with businesses, assuring them that we would uphold their client relationships while providing exceptional quality. This transition not only secured regular work for us but also reinforced our reputation for reliability and excellence in every project. Now, with a stronger team and diversified client base, we continue to thrive in both B2C and B2B markets.

Boffin Coders is working with a hybrid business model. We have an in-house team consisting of designers, developers, managers, and marketing personnel. We provide services in various technologies. To ensure timely deliveries, we always keep a few freelancers with us along with our in-house team.
How does your company differentiate itself from competitors in the industry?
Boffin Coders are the only ones who provide free UI design if they hire us for their mobile and website development. Also, we offer various packages, where customers can get a few services for free with payment for only one service. We also provide unlimited revisions of designs before the final development of the project. If we talk about support, we usually provide it for 6 months. But still, if a customer faces any problem in existing work later or has any query, we try to answer and provide a solution immediately. We believe in customer relationships. Money is not the only thing that we want from customers. We always look for long-term relationships.

We first collected requirements from them and crafted UI for a website, then graphics were designed and the team wrote content. Along this process, our mobile team worked on the mobile app. So, we could deliver the website and mobile app on time. Now our marketing team is working on SEO and SMM for their business. It was the easiest thing for a client to communicate with only one person for all these tasks. We internally manage tasks in a smooth way.

Our major clients are from the healthcare, telecommunication, fashion, and real estate industries. Apart from these, we have worked for almost every industry. Till now, we have worked on more than 500 projects. We have 70% repeat clients. We are in B2B as well. Other companies are also assigning us projects on a repeated number of basis.
