BSD was brought in to finish part of an incomplete integration, where Microsoft Great Plains (on-premise) financial data needed to be synchronized with Monday.com (cloud based PM service) via custom recipes in Workato. They are great listeners, they have excellent expertise in both MS Great Plains and Workato, and they're organized and deliver on-time. Communications were well organized and done via Zoom and Slack. Excellent documentation was delivered at completion of the work. We are big fans of BSD following this engagement.

Describe your project in brief

Design and implementation of Workato recipes that synchronize data between Microsoft Great Plains (on premise) and Monday.com cloud platform. Error and status reporting via Slack. Full documentation of the Workato recipes.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Particular expertise with diverse software platforms (MS GP, modern SaaS services), under one roof

Great organization of meetings, and excellent ad-hoc communication during development.

They provided solid and complete documentation that is done very professionally.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Since this is a required field, I will say I wish they were less busy in 2023 so we can use them more.
