BSD was brought in to finish part of an incomplete integration, where Microsoft Great Plains (on-premise) financial data needed to be synchronized with Monday.com (cloud based PM service) via custom recipes in Workato. They are great listeners, they have excellent expertise in both MS Great Plains and Workato, and they're organized and deliver on-time. Communications were well organized and done via Zoom and Slack. Excellent documentation was delivered at completion of the work. We are big fans of BSD following this engagement.
