Their dedication to the project made me carefree as they handled everything like it was an internal project.
Review Summary
Had the idea very well and clearly in our head but it gets difficult to explain Botosynthesis was patient and was easy to work with. They knew we were not comfortable with the jargon and technical terms and hence they addressed us in a slow and understandable manner which was helpful. We did not want to rush the process which they understood and hence we took time to build the prototype, and also introduced changes that were openly accepted without any questions.
Describe your project in brief
We need a service provider to help us automate our appointment scheduling and management processes. This will include the ability to automatically schedule appointments based on patient availability and provider schedules, as well as send automated reminders to patients.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
They are supportive and diligently work toward the project.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
I have nothing to quote that they can work on, they are great at what they do.
