Weclaim helps customers for claiming against defendant Airlines, Trains, Ferries for late/delayed or cancelled flights/ferries/trains. User can claim for lost luggage or damaged or delayed luggage.

1. We received invoices as image and extracting the characters, digits, strings is a tedious task.
2. All invoices were in different formats and there was no single algorithm for data extraction.

Challenges using Python / ML:

1. Parsing audio to text.
2. Concurrent processing (voice to text conversion) of audio file uploaded from the mobile device.
3. Generating numbers from words.

The system was originally designed for in-house use by Office Team and Events Team expert users, with the ultimate goal of presenting a simple user interface for our guests to use for making their own reservations online.

The Office application helps the office staff to make a reservation, allocate lodgings, fill up guest details, check the status of lodging and accept payments via various payment options and generate various reports and display analytics.

The Guest application helps guest to make a reservation online anytime with a very intuitive user interface.

We have migrated this application using the latest version of Ruby on Rails.
