After contacting many US companies to develop our Davidson NC App, I received little to no response and from those who would actually discuss the project the cost was prohibitive and the technical support contract was near extortion rates, I came across Brainium Information Technologies by a google search. Sent one email, got a quick response and upon further discussion of the project I found Brainium to be very responsive, informative, professional, and a reasonable cost was agree to with free technical support for the first year and a reasonable quote for future support if needed. The App has been live for 4 years with the only technical support needed was when our host provider caused problems with server patches and updates with no notification and as a result our server stopped performing. These issues cause by our host provider had nothing to do with the App itself or any work performed by Brainium but each and every time I contacted Brainium for help with a problem, I received a response in less than 12 hours (impressive considering the time zone change is considerable) a solution in less than 24 hours, not once, not twice but at least a half dozen times. Brainium is a great example of a business that under promised but greatly over delivered. If you are looking for a developer that is 1. responsive 2. cost effective 3. diligent, 4. professional, 5. a true partner in your development needs, look no farther than Brainium Information Technologies.

I highly recommend trying these guys, you never change after testing them. Today we give them all our development and we don't have any developers in our own company. They give you a project time line of 4-16 weeks then when you can't dispute with PayPal they ask for more money. Done this to 20 different US/ Canada/UK client

We are a South African company and have been looking for a provider that specializes in e-commerce and marketplace development. Finding a provider that is effective and reliable can be quite challenging. Especially when that provider is not in your own country and you need to do business over a distance via Skype, email and WhatsApp. Brainium was one of the suppliers that met the requirements of what we were looking for. However, we were very satisfied with their service even before we decided who our service provider would be. They are knowledgeable, could help us comfortably in English and went out of their way to make the choice easy for us. Absolutely terrible, awful developers to work with, they only responded to updates when pestered and prodded, very unprofessional and made my job very difficult. Their code was absolutely horrendous quality - 6515 errors in 50 files(?), they allowed their development website to be crawled by google - which if we hadn't spotted would have been detrimental to the website being built, missed the deadlines that they set themselves for fixing bugs and issues, not integrated things in line with the technical specification in regards to the core Wordpress components, over 100 bugs were spotted just from running through the specification on a desktop device. And despite all of the above, they are refusing to offer a refund, and have not responded to my last message sent over 48 hours ago. Their argument as to why they won't offer a refund is because they have worked on the website and put the man hours in. Save yourself a lot of hassle, and PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.
