btodigital helps companies in Latin America grow with digital marketing that is measured in sales and appointments, and with artificial intelligence that does real work inside their teams. We were founded in 2013 in Medellín, have an office in Bogotá and have served more than 500 companies.

On the marketing side we run SEO and GEO (so brands are found on Google and cited by ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity), Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, Shopify and e-commerce projects, content strategy and healthcare marketing for doctors and clinics. We are a Google Partner Premier agency, a Shopify Select Partner and a Clientify Partner Gold.

On the AI side we act as consultants and builders: we map where AI saves time or brings revenue, choose the first use cases, ship a working pilot and take it to production. Typical projects are WhatsApp assistants that answer, qualify and book appointments, AI agents for sales and service teams, and integrations with CRMs, ERPs and databases, plus training and governance for the client's team.

We also develop our own AI products, which we use with clients every day: Atendio (WhatsApp assistants with AI), Ranqio (an AI SEO agent), ShopiUP (AI catalog optimization for Shopify) and El mejor DOC (a medical directory).

Some measured results: Universidad EIA grew graduate enrollment by 23% with a 1,313% ROAS; Diagnosticarte reached 86.9% attendance among patients who confirm through its WhatsApp assistant; and the AI platform we built for Quirurgil brought 73% of its billable customer base back into the CRM.
