Call Force Global

Call Force Global is a Toronto-headquartered nearshore call center and BPO. Dedicated remote agents in Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Belize, Guyana and Colombia handle inbound and outbound calls, customer support, appointment setting, live transfers and virtual assistant work for US and Canadian companies, on US business hours. Agents are native English speakers from the Caribbean, with bilingual English and Spanish agents in Colombia.

Pricing is $13 to $19 per agent hour, all-in: $13 Staffed Desk, $14 Scored Desk, $15 Open Desk. Rates from $15 to $19 are reserved for regulated work (healthcare, HIPAA, insurance, Medicare and debt collection) and out-of-hours coverage. Teams start at two full-time agents (40 hours a week each), there is no setup fee, and bilingual English and Spanish seats cost the same as English-only.

Services include inbound and outbound call center work, customer support, appointment setting and SDRs, live transfers, answering service, virtual assistants, healthcare and insurance intake, debt collection fronters who pre-qualify and warm-transfer to the client's licensed collectors, and lead generation.

QA review is included in every rate, and 100% AI QA on voice calls is included from the Scored Desk ($14) up. A desk goes live 7 business days after a completed kickoff, or 10 business days for HIPAA healthcare work.

We are a staffing and fronting partner. Our agents are trained remote independent contractors, not licensed professionals, and warm-transfer anything requiring a licensed rep to your team.
