The Paraguayan Chamber of Contact Center & BPO was created in 2014, it is a civil, non-profit association. It is made up of the main service providers of Contact Centers and Business Processes, and Service Providers in the country.It arises in order to enhance the economic and social dynamics of the sector and collaborate with the National Government in generating joint actions that project the export of services and the capture of new investments for the social and economic development of Paraguay.Together they promote the expansion of the activities carried out in the sector, the strengthening of Contact Centers & BPO companies in the country and in the world. CAPACC's work agenda is focused on actions of high social value that allow Paraguay to further increase the generation of formal and qualified employment.
