Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.

Cerebrum Infotech is an IT company that focuses on software development. We also offer services in several revolutionary technologies like devops, RPA, and more. Other than that, the organization offers white-label software solutions for companies that want a pre-made application that they can launch with minor changes and appropriate branding.  I am Gharjyot Singh, the CEO of Cerebrum Infotech. I have the responsibility of overseeing employment decisions and ensuring that the company remains on track to reach its primary goals and objectives.

What is the story behind starting this company?

I always knew that I wanted to create my own venture. So, after my education, I started working in an IT company, starting out as a software consultant. The journey of climbing the corporate ladder led me to the position of CEO at Cerebrum Infotech. This opportunity has given me a chance to utilize my skill set to deliver excellence to every client who opts to utilize our services.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

Cerebrum Infotech does not outsource any of its work. Our in-house team of 200+ developers, designers, testers, and marketers is here to help every client. Our team is working on both in-house projects and clients, so we can divide the work to ensure timely delivery for the client while still keeping our team occupied with tasks that present learning opportunities like no other. We have always aimed for excellence, and for that, our team takes every measure needed.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

Cerebrum Infotech started as a software development company. To keep relevant and ahead of the curve, we have always taken steps to keep our team updated on the latest technology through group discussions 
and encouraging team members to take courses. It is our adaptability and perseverance that have allowed Cerebrum Infotech to flourish. And our clients are our biggest promoters. We ensure the best products for our clients, and they are happy to recommend us to others. Lastly, the sheer number of services we offer makes us a one-stop solution for any organization's IT needs. It has helped us form long-term and meaningful relationships with our clients.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

The pandemic caused almost all organizations to move online for continuous operations. And we have been lucky to work with various industries, giving them solutions to take their business to the interwebs. Repetitive might not be correct, but we do have ongoing customers. It includes organizations or clients who first avail of our developmental services and then get into an annual maintenance contract to help them offer an error-free experience for the users. The model works well for us as we are able to provide constant support, ensuring proper functioning throughout.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?

Cerebrum Infotech offers a range of services, including iOS and Android App development, cross-platform app development, front-end framework, web development, IoT development, software development with a variety of languages, digital marketing, Sharepoint services, Dynamics 365 services, DevOps, RPAs, Cloud Computing, and much more. We are approached by most organizations for software development services or white-label solutions.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

We are always aiming for a 100% customer satisfaction rate, and we are pretty close to it. To ensure that our clients are always happy, we always keep open communication. It allows us to deliver products at the right time. Additionally, we offer exceptional services, doing our best for every project. The dedicated professionals in our team have the zeal to make perfect products, and that is truly what gets the result. Also, we are not trying to cut corners. It is the client and the team against the adversities that present themselves during the project. And therefore, we aim to find the best solutions while remaining within budget.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

Apart from open communication throughout the services, we offer additional support after the product release. These two approaches have allowed us to provide solutions to all the queries and issues of our clients. Additionally, we have annual maintenance contracts for people interested in on-going services to ensure that their product is upgraded and maintained for improved customer satisfaction.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

Each client is different. We decide on the payment model based on the user's requirements and the agreed-upon contract. Though, hourly payment is preferred. We also work on Pay-per-feature, fixed cost, and pay-per-milestone.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

No, we are open to offering all types of services, including small and bigger projects. We are always looking for ways to improve our client's experience, and the magnitude of the service does not affect our willingness to say yes to a project.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?

Considering that we have NDAs with various organizations we work with, I cannot give you details. But it is safe to say that we are earning quite well from our services and have partnered with several big corporations. And I am very happy with what we achieved in the previous years and how well we are doing this year.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

My aspirations for the organization include expanding exponentially, and in the next ten years, growing monetarily and in scale are definitely on the cards. Other than that, we are looking forward to moving to our forever home/office space soon. That is also very exciting. I would like to expand our team to add more professionals and rope in more big names to our list of clientele in the near future.
