Chakor failed to deliver, while demanding full payment and positive reviews, and shared our design.

We do not recommend Chakor due to significant issues with project management, communication, and adherence to timelines. Despite repeated assurances, the app was delivered late and incomplete, requiring additional resources to finalize the project. The absence of a dedicated project manager, as specified in the contract, led to poorly defined requirements and frequent misalignment. Inadequate testing also caused unnecessary delays and frustrations. Furthermore, their request for a positive review in exchange for delivering the app was unprofessional and unethical. To make matters worse, Chakor later published our product design and other details without our consent, violating the service agreement. This experience has been frustrating and costly, and we cannot in good faith recommend their services to others.

Chakor was hired to develop and design a minimum viable product (MVP) for an event planning talent procurement platform. The team held initial scoping sessions and assigned a single junior developer to the project. They estimated that the work would take three months. However, after enduring 18 months of unnecessary delays and unsatisfactory results, we decided to hire another agency.

Terrible experience

We hired Chakor for developing our product by the trust that they will be able to deliver the product due to gold agency status in bubble but our experience with this agency was extremely terrible. Agreed time period to deliver UI/UX design was 10 days but their team totally failed to deliver UI/UX high fidelity design. We gave their team constructive feedback with 2 weeks extra chance but their UI/UX designer totally failed. The professionalism was not present at all and their designer totally rejected our concerns. We had to hire another UI/UX designer and had to pay extra amount to get the design. When we requested refund and they charged us 2000 USD for the failed UI/UX design which was extremely concerning for us. They refunded only 800 USD to us. So please make a note that professionalism is lacking in this agency

Affordable, experience and outstanding mobile and web app development with Chakor

At first, I hired Chakor obviously because of they charging cheaper prices compare to other development agency. But as we progress towards development, I can see that Chakor team is really committed to build my app perfectly. They worked hard to plan the architecture of my app beyond what I can imagine. Great communication, quality, and execution before, during and after the project.

Communication, customer service, and execution have been great with Chakor. As a non-technical online marketplace founder, I was in search for a quick, low cost method for developing a marketplace app. I interviewed several companies state-side and overseas and although their price was very good, they easily won me over with asking detailed questions on specifications, truly understanding the product requirements before throwing out a development number. As we began our relationship, Chakor dev team was dedicated, communicated well, and open to adjustments as we dug into the details. We had some difficulties with Apple app release, but they stuck with it and released the product as promised. Communication was great, I have no doubt if issues arrive in the future they will be there to support and execution to the specifications was done very well.

Communication was clear, daily calls with developer, also utilized slack and notion for bug/issue to keep them going on a different time zone.

They met the timeline of execution well. My experience with software usually leads to a longer timeline, but they met it.

Apple didn't accept app right away. It took us over a week to figure out we had to change the domain from bubble for them to accept.

Best Agency for Bubble.io Development with both Backend and Frontend capabilities.

We were managing everthing on sheets, whatsapp and other tools and a point came when we have to move to a consolidated app but code-based software development was a nightmare for a an early-stage startup like us. Glad we found Team Chakor who initially helped us build the MVP ground up within 4 weeks and then with few months of development, we now have a pretty mature and stable product with multiple dashboards, user roles and 3rd party API integrations. Great Low-Code Development House for Web Based Apps with on-time delivery

I worked with Chakor on the development of my B2B2C app: joinhotelify.com. I had previously used two developers that I had found through Upwork and developer marketplaces and they both did not work out. Chakor was the first low-code agency that had a really tight development process, professional communication, and hit deadlines. I am not a technical co-founder so the fact they were so easy to work with was extremely valued. They understood requirements, had strong proficiency in no-code, were good at owning parts of the product management, and had a transparent pricing and cost structure. Recommend them for anyone looking for an agency to build an app on a low-code platform.

Amazing working experience with Chakor to develop our mobile app via Bubble.

At first, we were sceptical due to our experience with a local Bubble.io freelancer. However, it felt different working with Bubble's agency this time. It felt like we had an in-house developer working in the next room. Let's just say that our previous developer needed more than eight months to complete what Chakor did within 12 days. The price quoted to us was reasonable as well. And I was fortunate enough to work with Hadia (one of their employees), a very professional lady who was willing to work things out per my wishlist (the perfectionist kind of requests) without making me feel bad. Fast forward five months later, we have not encountered any bugs after Chakor rebuilt the mobile app via Bubble from scratch. And in totality, we had a great working experience, and it was an excellent decision to appoint them after the three-day trials.

Mail-Hub is an internal tool, which is used to maintain and keep track of mails received by Hub Co-working Hawai

The Mail Admin can request action (pick_up, forward, scan, shred) on pending mails. He can view all completed mails and the history of each mail i.e. arrival to receiving.

The Host can view collective mail requests made by all mail admins. He can add/edit new mail to a company/member from previous mails received or from scratch. He can take action on the mail. He can set specific people for mail pickup. He can view mail history of a selected company/member, along with its action history. He also gets a reminder by the system to delete a folder of the members/ companies who no longer want the service or their service period is ended.

The Owner has all the rights of the host and he is also able to add/ edit companies/members to the mail service availing list. He has access to the System Setting (defining service charges and adding new hosts).

CircularMonster sells used items like laptops, mouse, keyboards, etc. They used to manually create batches in excel, email the details to different potential buyers who would bid an amount on that batch, and then maintained the bids on a separate excel sheet.

The web app/portal we developed automates this complete process. It gives the admin the ability to log in to his dashboard, upload batches and manage batches and be able to invite potential buyers and send email notifications, all from within the portal. Potential buyers generally prefer bidding over emails. Circularmonster allows them to bid quickly by replying to the email notification they received, without going through the hassles of signing into the portal as well as they can log in to view and manage their bids.

In order to integrate bids from email replies back into the portal, we used postmark webhooks.

Prolotic helps them by organizing their projects and different variations of employees' data on the cloud and generating resumes dynamically on the go with the matter of few clicks.

It's purely a web-based dashboard, which is easy to use, easy to onboard and integrates with various 3rd party services to make business' onboarding easy.

Arm-bracket is a web application for arm-wrestling tournament organizers. It helps them to create, edit, schedule, and run various arm wrestling tournaments at a time. Arm-bracket also supports viewing live tournament brackets, sharing tournament results via social media, and downloading the statistics file and brackets of tournaments.

It is currently supporting a double-elimination format. Organizers have to pay a service fee set up by the app administrator to schedule tournaments. It allows the organizer to create a tournament with multiple divisions. Each division has various matches in it. The organizer can run all of the tournaments as well as the divisions at the same time. It allows the user to skip a match in a division while running it.

Scheduling matches and progressing tournaments on a visual bracket with double-elimination was the biggest challenge for which we converted a custom JS library into a bubble.io plugin

The app has various third-party API integrations for payments and geo-location-based advanced search and match, with filters.

Topbeat, is an Indian startup, which is a one-stop destination for music education & training. They have a unique program that makes learning interesting by teaching guitar, keyboard, and ukulele to students aged 5-15.

They were organizing everything on sheets, WhatsApp, and several third-party services manually. But with growth, operations were becoming hard to manage. We understood their standard processes, prepared detailed user story maps for each user role, prioritized features, and developed a web-based operations management system incrementally.

Operations management system consists of multiple dashboards and had super admin, teachers, and students where classes could be scheduled and conducted over video calls.

Then we developed an LMS module that contained curriculum and progress tracking.

There were different dashboards, some for basic CRUD, some with advanced calendars, running backend and scheduled workflows.

Speed optimization and keeping ourselves within bubble.io's allocated capacity in the professional plan required efficient database design, which was a bit of a challenge, especially due to flexible inventory management of class timeslot for each teacher.
