We do not recommend Chakor due to significant issues with project management, communication, and adherence to timelines. Despite repeated assurances, the app was delivered late and incomplete, requiring additional resources to finalize the project. The absence of a dedicated project manager, as specified in the contract, led to poorly defined requirements and frequent misalignment. Inadequate testing also caused unnecessary delays and frustrations. Furthermore, their request for a positive review in exchange for delivering the app was unprofessional and unethical. To make matters worse, Chakor later published our product design and other details without our consent, violating the service agreement. This experience has been frustrating and costly, and we cannot in good faith recommend their services to others.

We hired Chakor for developing our product by the trust that they will be able to deliver the product due to gold agency status in bubble but our experience with this agency was extremely terrible. Agreed time period to deliver UI/UX design was 10 days but their team totally failed to deliver UI/UX high fidelity design. We gave their team constructive feedback with 2 weeks extra chance but their UI/UX designer totally failed. The professionalism was not present at all and their designer totally rejected our concerns. We had to hire another UI/UX designer and had to pay extra amount to get the design. When we requested refund and they charged us 2000 USD for the failed UI/UX design which was extremely concerning for us. They refunded only 800 USD to us. So please make a note that professionalism is lacking in this agency

At first, I hired Chakor obviously because of they charging cheaper prices compare to other development agency. But as we progress towards development, I can see that Chakor team is really committed to build my app perfectly. They worked hard to plan the architecture of my app beyond what I can imagine. Now my app has been published to App Store and Play Store, and I am totally happy with the result. I am relieved I have found the perfect development agency partner that can work long term with my company.

Communication, customer service, and execution have been great with Chakor. As a non-technical online marketplace founder, I was in search for a quick, low cost method for developing a marketplace app. I interviewed several companies state-side and overseas and although their price was very good, they easily won me over with asking detailed questions on specifications, truly understanding the product requirements before throwing out a development number. As we began our relationship, Chakor dev team was dedicated, communicated well, and open to adjustments as we dug into the details. We had some difficulties with Apple app release, but they stuck with it and released the product as promised. Communication was great, I have no doubt if issues arrive in the future they will be there to support and execution to the specifications was done very well.

We were managing everthing on sheets, whatsapp and other tools and a point came when we have to move to a consolidated app but code-based software development was a nightmare for a an early-stage startup like us. Glad we found Team Chakor who initially helped us build the MVP ground up within 4 weeks and then with few months of development, we now have a pretty mature and stable product with multiple dashboards, user roles and 3rd party API integrations. Their communication, professionalism and most importantly experience with no-code is outstanding and pricing is reasonable.

About a month ago we started with just an idea, Circularmonster. Based on my vision, we made a sketch together, after which team Chakor started to build. As in any project, we encountered some obstacles along the way, for example, we were facing some limitations within the platform we were building on. Because the team consists of a number of experts, they were able to solve this by taking a different route. We now have an MVP. From here the only way is up!

At first, we were sceptical due to our experience with a local Bubble.io freelancer. However, it felt different working with Bubble's agency this time. It felt like we had an in-house developer working in the next room. Let's just say that our previous developer needed more than eight months to complete what Chakor did within 12 days. The price quoted to us was reasonable as well. And I was fortunate enough to work with Hadia (one of their employees), a very professional lady who was willing to work things out per my wishlist (the perfectionist kind of requests) without making me feel bad. Fast forward five months later, we have not encountered any bugs after Chakor rebuilt the mobile app via Bubble from scratch.
