The Riyadh Digital Twin offers a revolutionary way to visualize the city’s architectural and urban development projects. Spanning the entire 1,973 square kilometers of Riyadh, this high-fidelity model was built using Unreal Engine 5, providing a visually striking representation of key landmarks such as Qiddiya, Diriyah, and the Green Riyadh Project. With precise detailing and high-resolution textures, this tool allows stakeholders, urban planners, and developers to engage with Riyadh’s landscape in a new and interactive way, enhancing project presentations and strategic decision-making.

Designed with scalability and future growth in mind, the digital twin is displayed on a 4m x 3m screen and controlled via intuitive tablet navigation, making it easy for users to zoom into specific projects and explore in detail. The integration of pixel streaming technology ensures top-quality visuals, comparable to modern AAA games, providing users with an engaging and immersive experience. The platform is built to adapt and expand as new developments arise, making it a future-proof tool for ongoing urban planning and showcasing.

Chameleon Interactive partnered with Jeddah Central Development Company to develop a cutting-edge interactive application using Unreal Engine, creating a digital twin of their expansive urban development project in Jeddah. Spanning over 5.7 million square meters, this project posed a significant challenge in accurately modeling such a large and intricate area.

Showcased at Cityscape Global in Riyadh, the application features amazing graphics and includes VR and AR capabilities, allowing users to explore the development from a first-person perspective. This immersive experience provides a detailed, realistic view of the investment.

Developed with Pixel Streaming, the app ensures seamless performance on both mobile devices and large LED screens, making it accessible and engaging for various presentations and public displays.

Chameleon Interactive partnered with the Equestrian Authority to create two captivating activations for the Saudi Cup. The project showcased our expertise in interactive technology, enhancing the event with a VR horse racing simulator and a gesture-controlled magic book.

The VR game allowed four players to compete in a thrilling horse racing simulation, delivering an immersive and competitive experience using Unreal Engine for high-quality visuals. Meanwhile, the magic book featured rich animations and was controlled by gestures, captivating users with its interactive storytelling.

Chameleon Interactive partnered with Al-Akaria, a prominent developer in Saudi Arabia, to create an engaging animation for an event celebrating Saudi Arabia's independence day. The animation, showcased on a large screen during the event, took the audience on a 2.5-minute journey that beautifully blended tradition with modernity.

The animation highlighted Saudi Arabia's rich cultural heritage while showcasing the nation's progress and futuristic vision. This project demonstrated Chameleon Interactive's ability to craft visually stunning and emotionally resonant content that resonates with diverse audiences.

For T-Mobile, we implemented an advanced smart digital signage system designed to manage the Magenta Home zone. This solution goes beyond traditional digital signage by incorporating both equipment and energy management, enabling remote control and automation across multiple store locations. One key advantage of smart digital signage is its ability to monitor and optimize energy consumption, reducing overall operational costs.

Our system has minimized downtime, increased reliability, and improved efficiency, leading to an 80% reduction in on-site service technician visits and significant cost savings. The system currently supports a network of 250 stores, contributing to sustainable, tech-forward operations.
