We completely redesigned the app due to its outdated and old-fashioned appearance. Users faced difficulties with the 'accident statement' feature, with only 2% of registered users utilizing it on the mobile app.
Our goal was to create a user-friendly app for all drivers in Latvia, particularly during stressful situations.

We helped DelfinGroup, a fintech company from Latvia, improve their business performance by completely reworking their app.

We made a complete redesign and built a new app on Flutter. The main goal of creating a user-friendly interface to slightly retarget the audience. To achieve this, we conducted competitor analyses and gathered feedback from current users to draw conclusions about what needed improvement. Subsequently, we began creating a concept with similar colors and typography but approached it differently to achieve the desired result.

Introducing The Perfect Workout, an innovative personal training experience to help individuals get stronger effectively in a mere 20-minute sessions twice a week. Powered by Chili Labs, this groundbreaking vision has materialized into a sleek Flutter application now available on both Google Play and the Apple Store, achieved in an astonishingly brief span of just 3 months! Since its debut less than a month ago, the app has swiftly garnered acclaim, captivating over 100 daily users organically. Witness firsthand the magic of swift and impactful solutions in action!

We helped Australian startup to put their vision of solving the housing crysis. Their Mission is to help young people save ‘dead’ money on rent & to bring the age of ownership down, and help to gradually own the house.
Chili Labs provided design, interactive prototypes, and loyalty systems with gamification elements. We used Blender for 3D, Figma for design, Notion and Miro for analysis and research.

We were tasked to revolutionize a Cloud Gaming mobile experience solution for Sora Stream Android users that would allow them to play from anywhere in the world without having expensive hardware.

Our main task was to make a non-standard, innovative mobile application design and app development for insurance services. Chili Labs participated in all stages of project implementation: ideation phase, research, and design concept.
The whole app idea was to serve as a digital first and only source on how to purchase insurance, submit claims, and do all the activities that you would do on-site.

IBR is specifically designed to review whether a team may effectively execute current or future strategies. 

In 2019 the client came with a finished but limited and a bit of outdated product, that supported iPad only, with back-ups on iPad. Chili Labs has been tasked to re-create and improve existing products, so it becomes a web platform and supports all types of devices. We were required to update the existing functionality and add a one extra, however our cooperation became so fruitful, that existing solution exceeds the initial version by far.
