There were regular feedback discussions with the co-founder himself every month or so which made it easy for me to share my view with the team and get what I wanted. In summary, I felt in control, confident, and aware throughout the development.

Review of Citrusbug Technolabs

We have been working with Citrusbug Technolabs for the past 6 months building a SaaS from scratch for the Construction Services Industry that helps $1M-3M companies increase their productivity and add an extra $50k/month to their bottom line within 90 days.

We held a formal Request for Tender and after going through 20+ proposals, we narrowed it down to just 2 companies. As soon as we had the initial meeting, we knew Citrusbug was the company for us... and they have not disappointed.

They are very patient in their explanation as to why to do things this way versus that way from a technical perspective.

Another thing they are very conscious of is making sure my vision for the program and it's functionality is priority 1. Having a very clear vision of how the program will function makes it much easier for them.

I'm very happy with the progress and the product that is being created for our company.

Happy with delivery expectations and technical expertise

Having worked with Citrusbug Technolabs for a decent timeline, I find them reliable and accountable for web development needs. As building an AI-based SaaS product has enough twists and turns, I also find their flexibility/agility quite handy. Having weekly Zoom calls and daily written updates allowed me to speak to developers working on my project and have somewhat control over the development activities from a functionality standpoint.

If you are looking for a team of RESPONSIVE, talented, experienced, inexpensive, and meticulous web developers, this is the company for you!! I am a CEO who is building a startup e-commerce site. I didn't want the typical cookie-cutter e-commerce site that anyone can get through many of the template web development programs that are out there today, so after interviewing many potential web developers for hire, I decided on Citrusbug. I come from a non-tech background, so this venture was a bit daunting for me. This company has kept me on task with our weekly Zoom calls where we go over the work that has been done and discuss any necessary adjustments, as well as discuss the next tasks to be completed for the week. They have many talented and friendly people in their team who are happy to share their knowledge, helping me to understand and make better technical decisions about the development of my site. These people are also dedicated to doing what I need done--how I want it done!

They are helpful. I like their prompt and comprehensive responses to any questions/problems I may have.

Their people are great -- easy to talk to and talented!!

They are super organized. You never have to guess what they are working on or have completed.

They are transparent. I can access their work and give it a test-run at anytime.

They are advisers. I can ask them about things I don't understand and even get advice on any tech decisions I am having trouble making.

They designed some logos for me that I didn't care for. No problem, though. I passed on them and found one through another designer.
