Terrible quality control and lack of experience, all their issues for not completing a task become the clients issues to find and then to pay them more to fix them, over and over.

My Unique Custom E-Commerce Site
Describe your project in brief
I am building a CUSTOM e-commerce site from scratch. I am designing it around common-sense. This site will be unique and have many phases to it. It will launch after the completion of Phase 1. I'm sure we will encounter many challenges after launch. I feel confident that Citrusbug can help me find adequate solutions to any technical problems I may run into.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
They are helpful. I like their prompt and comprehensive responses to any questions/problems I may have.
Their people are great -- easy to talk to and talented!!
They are super organized. You never have to guess what they are working on or have completed.
They are transparent. I can access their work and give it a test-run at anytime.
They are advisers. I can ask them about things I don't understand and even get advice on any tech decisions I am having trouble making.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
They designed some logos for me that I didn't care for. No problem, though. I passed on them and found one through another designer.
