We have since the start of our company in 2002 believed that personal service is essential, as not two companies or people are exactly alike. Everybody is different and we like to treat them as such. This also means that no one is just another number in line with us. We are not a factory as we deal with people and people's needs.
Also we believe in being happy while at work. In Danish we have a term called "arbejdsglæde" (translated directly it means "work happiness"). This is the reason why you will always find your CityCallCenter employee smiling and happy. You can ask your employees to smile, but if they are not genuine happy, it will not be a true smile and a truely friendly service you get... we believe the difference is noticeable.
