ClaimCarePro provides medical billing, credentialing and revenue cycle management (RCM) for independent practices and groups. Based in Clearwater, Florida; credentialing in every state.

Medical billing: eligibility, coding review, claim scrubbing, ERA posting, denial appeals, patient statements and a monthly report by payer. 6% of what is collected. If we collect nothing, you pay nothing.

Credentialing: credential file review, CAQH, applications to commercial payers, Medicare, Medicaid and the behavioral carve-outs, weekly follow-up until the effective date is in writing, and re-credentialing. $250 per payer application; $1,750 for a new-practice bundle. No quotes.

RCM: the full cycle from scheduled visit to posted payment, with reporting that shows days in A/R by payer, first-pass acceptance, denial reasons with recovered dollars, and payments vs contracted rates.

The one performance number we publish: established accounts run a ~95% first-pass clean claim rate.

How we scale: a large bench of experienced part-time billers brought onto accounts as needed, with AI automation streamlining the work. 30+ years combined experience, including running two practices while doing their billing and installing EHRs in two more.
