Not reliable at all. 0 Communication, 0 progress on project
The project deadline is due tomorrow, however, I haven't seen a single line of code. Not for frontend and not for backend. Between this time we had adjustments regarding the scope of work, most of the time-consuming features got removes to meet the deadline, but it still doesn't seem possible to do it till the agreed time.
The team is communicating via Skype, but don't expect to get an answer, sometimes not even within 24 hours. They are reading the messages but do not respond to them when it comes to a critical question, which they do not want to answer immediately.

The technical team knew what they were doing and the design team understood our ideas clearly. We had a basic concept and name for the project, and the design team created an identity that reflected those ideas. The management team was on hand for any issues; they resolved problems quickly.

While the overall timeline of the project was as initially described, the timeline for various projects therein had changed based on unforeseen requirements - knowing this going into the project would have been helpful as we would have been able to adjust information sharing accordingly.
