We will check your clinician's in-network status with the health plan you have and determine whether or not you were adequately informed of the network inclusion status. ​We will review coverage on your claim to make sure that you are being billed only for in network, eligible charges, and not being balance billed for services, procedures, or products that aren't your responsibility.Balance billing is when your in-network clinician bills you for the balance between what was billed to your insurance company and an in-network rate that was established. This does not include member responsibilities like copays, co-insurance, and deductibles.
