MANAGED AI SERVICES
Our three-stage service covers AI Readiness & Governance Reviews, AI Pilot & Implementation, and Managed AI Operations. We assess workflows, licences, data access and employee AI use; prioritise use cases; and prepare a practical roadmap. Approved pilots can connect Microsoft 365, Copilot, model APIs and business systems, with human review and defined data boundaries. Ongoing operations can include access reviews, workflow maintenance, usage and cost reporting, and staff training.

MANAGED IT & MICROSOFT 365
Business IT support, device management, Microsoft 365 administration and migrations, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint and remote-working solutions. Remote delivery is available Australia-wide, with Sydney onsite work by arrangement.

CYBERSECURITY & RECOVERY
Microsoft 365, network and server security assessments; Essential Eight readiness; website security and exposure monitoring; security awareness and phishing training; DMARC and email authentication; backup reviews and agreed restore tests.

CLOUD, NETWORKS & AUTOMATION
Cloud, web, email and database hosting; Fortinet, Cisco and UniFi networks; business phone systems; supported API integrations, Power Automate and n8n workflows with validation, exception handling and documentation.

We agree scope, access, dependencies and acceptance criteria before delivery. Licences, hardware, third-party consumption and ongoing support are defined separately for each engagement.
