Computer Ties

Computer Ties has supported businesses and public organizations from its home base in Jackson, Michigan since 1990. We act as the IT department for organizations that do not have one, and as extra hands for in-house IT staff. Our managed IT services cover monitoring, patching, backups and day-to-day help desk support, so problems are caught early and users can reach a local technician when something breaks. We also handle cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 setup and administration, network and server work, technology consulting and computer repair. Clients include local governments and public-safety agencies as well as private companies, and we provide both remote support and on-site service across Michigan's Lower Peninsula.
