Initially, CRTG provided Apple certification training, troubleshooting and hardware installations. With the explosion of Apple products and services over recent years, CRTG added initiatives that met the new requirements of the ever-changing technological landscape.

Russell Poucher is the CEO of Creative Resources Technology Group. He founded CRTG in 1996 to provide IT solutions for small to medium-sized Mac-based businesses across Southern California.

Russell expanded his skill set to manage hybrid platforms on both Windows and Mac. Today, CRTG is the leading Apple IT consultant in Southern California, offering managed IT, cybersecurity, and consulting solutions for Mac platforms.

The team at CRTG take the time to carefully understand each customer, provide unique solutions, and execute work—on time and on budget. Whether it’s helping to resolve day-to-day technical issues, monitoring networks, or configuring and deploying new workstations, Russell and company are helping to improve processes, modernize services and fix the frustrating technical problems that arise.

Russell holds two degrees in marketing and political science from California State University, Long Beach. Prior to founding CRTG, Russell served as a speaker and trainer for Apple and taught every IT certification class for OS X. He partnered with Adobe and Dell on several initiatives for implementation strategies using technology. He is also the author of the book, You Are the #1 Target, a comprehensive guide at how businesses can stay cyber safe in today’s computer-dominated world.
