“Medical Software”
We are a software development firm in Puerto Rico that contract Cruzata for a Medical Order system development. The first impression was a good company. After a couple of situations when they don’t completely understand us we, and we provide all the documentation for the project from a WBS to total Design, they still have problems in understanding. After 3 or 4 month we could talk to the programmer and explained him. I have a couple of conversation basic weekly but the progress was super slow. After 5 month they ask me for another 3 month and didn’t finish. Another 6 goes by and they call asking for money and they have less of 20 % done. I make payments upfront to start the project. Frank his a very nice speaking person but no delivery. In the mis of the eleven month I told them contract other programmers they don’t do it. They aren’t truthful people.
