We had a highly satisfactory experience with CSM Technology Company, who delivered exceptional web

CSM Technology delivery points were among the highest of any sprint team. The defect rates were very low. The code was clean and met established standards. The above results were especially impressive given the complexity of some of their work around airline integration.
The CSM Tech project manager was fully bilingual, very professional and very easy to work with. He developed clear plans, status updates and ran the Sprints very effectively keeping his team very motivated even during the toughest part so of the project.

We selected the CMS because they demonstrated deep technology capabilities, excellent project management and commitment to get the job done on a very tight timeline.

The most impressive thing about CSM Tech on this project was their 100% commitment to results. This was a challenging project and they were worked very, very hard to make sure we were successful.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

During this project we did not identify any major areas for improvement with Nybble. There were no escalations and work was delivered as promised.
