Phase three delivers an actionable plan: clear findings, hiring recommendations, and a board-ready narrative. From there, clients can move into a fractional or interim CTO retainer (10–40 hours per week) for ongoing roadmap ownership, technical decision-making, and AI integration leadership, or engage emergency technical support at a premium rate for immediate production or delivery crises.
