Ctrl Alt Solutions provides on-site IT field services and subcontracting across Metro Adelaide for managed service providers, IT consultancies and national IT teams who need reliable local hands without maintaining a presence in South Australia.

We are not an MSP and we do not compete for your clients. We work as a white-label extension of your team, following your processes, working in your ticketing system, representing your brand on site, and reporting back after every job.

Field work covers on-site break-fix and technical support, hardware installation and rollouts, network and connectivity troubleshooting, remote hands and smart hands, POS terminal deployment, site surveys and asset audits, office decommissioning, and end user training.

We currently deliver Adelaide field support for IT providers based in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Hong Kong and India. Recent work includes a two-day survey documenting 248 individual assets across a corporate site for a consultancy managing the decommission from overseas.

We hold $20 million public liability and $1 million professional indemnity insurance, certificates available on request, and work under NDA as standard.
