Sales: Each till transaction is posted in real time to SAP, creating invoices and updating customer ledgers automatically.
Inventory: Stock levels now sync bi‑directionally between stores and warehouse, applying SKU‑bundling and serial/lot tracking without manual intervention.
Outgoing Payments: Supplier, tax, and fee payments are generated from approved documents, matched to bank statements, and cleared—all inside SAP.
The solution was built with DI‑API services, REST endpoints, and scheduled jobs, migrated 1.2 M historical records, and went live with zero downtime. Today we have live inventory accuracy, instant financial reconciliation, and a single source of truth from sales floor to finance—within one cohesive SAP B1 landscape.
