Cannot produce full statement with posted payments - hand scribbles them in.
Review Summary
This company was not able to produce a statement that showed payments. The best they could do was hand written notes, even though the software they use has this capability, doesn't ALL billing software? They were impatient listeners and "talked over" us for every conversation. All of the virtual visits were coded as in person, they missed a $200 payment, and lost a $480 check, which has not been recovered or returned. We had to do a two year review of our bank statements to provide them with evidence of our payments, and produced a spreadsheet which they said made no sense of, despite the fact that I have an accounting background. ******'s replies to the two complaints on file here are similar to a phone conversation with her - she denies any responsibility for anything, I presume she never makes errors. The most ungracious, low-rent experience I've had in a long time. You can't do accounting with crayons. Will be surprised in an upcoming subrogation process. Karma.
