Beyond terrible. Feel like i was robbed.

These guys are the worst. I can't believe they are around to keep robbing people. My website was up less than 7 months before they deleted it and removed my account login from their website. All phone numbers I have for them are disconnected and they are ignoring my emails. I paid for 3 years of hosting of the website. Since they won't respond to me I feel my only course will be to contact a lawyer.

Describe your project in brief

This is a terrible company. In total I paid them over $5000 to build a website and host it for me. First they never completed the website. They sold me a package that was supposed to include blogs for the website and they never wrote a single blog. Now its been about 7 months since the site was completed and it has been deleted. All numbers I have for this company are out of service and they wont respond to my email. I paid over $1000 for 3 years of hosting the site and the entire thing is gone. They deleted my user account for their site. These guys are crooks and it has become very clear. I will be contacting a lawyer next. Avoid these people at all cost. I'm so disgusted that I paid them as much as I did and now my small business has no website.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Currently nothing is good about these guys. They seemed nice. But it was obviously an act.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They are crooks. Paid thousands of dollars for a website design and hosting and not even 7 months later its all been deleted by them and my login to manage my account has been deleted.
