We wanted to make installers’ lives easier through our digital services. We aimed to launch a new digital platform that would help installers manage all the phases of a software project, including design, sales, and installation.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their dedication is impressive. DesignX is truly part of our team; they don’t feel like an outside agency delivering an assignment. They’re always on top of things, working with the developers, and ensuring it’s easy to implement their work.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I really have to look for something because we’ve been very happy, but sometimes they could be less polite. Sometimes we make mistakes or don’t do things the way we should. Since they’re the experts, they know how it should be done. They speak their minds when we’re about to make mistakes, but they could be more forthcoming sometimes.
