E-commerce

Godno is an online marketplace built to connect local vendors with customers looking for authentic, regionally made products. The dev.family team developed a scalable, vendor-friendly platform with a strong focus on UX and operational efficiency.

We built a responsive web interface and mobile apps with a clean UI for product discovery and a frictionless checkout experience. Sellers can easily manage catalogs, pricing, availability, and promotions.

The backend uses Laravel, Node.js, and Go, with PostgreSQL, Redis, and ClickHouse for scalable data handling. We integrated logistics providers for real-time delivery tracking and implemented a secure, PCI-compliant payment system supporting various payment methods.

Agile sprints and CI/CD pipelines allowed rapid iteration, continuous testing, and reliable deployment.

Impact: Godno supports dozens of local sellers, reduces operational friction, and improves buyer trust through a clean, transparent interface. Its a solid example of our end-to-end delivery in marketplace development.

They wanted to get away from the outdated site where you could search components and automate some of the sales processes. This is a good step towards the digitalization of the business. • The longest cooperation with a client — 6 years
  • A lot of work was done to increase the conversion rate on the website

What kind of marketplaces are there on a market?

  1. Suppliers login into the personal account & fill it with products. User buys products directly from the supplier, and the marketplace is only responsible for logistics.
  2. Marketplace aggregates all suppliers, forms a huge catalog and shows it to the client. The client can see all product information, find out who the supplier is, his information etc.

Automotive

In August, Agamir Aliyev, a young entrepreneur from St. Petersburg, approached us. He wanted to make an online service where customers could choose and purchase their photos. Employees — easily share snapshots as they prepare for the sale and then calculate their profits. This is how SmilesOn was born — a platform that allows several types of stakeholders to interact remotely:

  • photographers & retouchers
  • students and their parents
  • school principals

Who will be interested?

Imagine that instead of photos you have any other product that several different people are working on at once. Perhaps this is a landing page that a layout designer, a designer, an author, and an SEO specialist should work on. And clients want to choose the best project. Instead of endlessly forwarding links and opening accesses, they can all be combined on one platform.
