Devenup SEO was always on-time with their deliverables. We shared a Slack channel together where we could ping them and get what we needed. We almost always heard back on the same business day, and usually within 3-4 hours. If there was a high-priority matter, we DID have their phone number and were able to get on the line ASAP if needed. This was seldom necessary. We had a very high level of trust in the work they were doing, so there were RARELY any moments with the client where we seemed under-prepared.
