We are a 250+ strong team of engineers from reputed colleges like IITs and NITs and provide full-cycle software development services to our clients globally.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?
We were a group of friends working together and always wanted to start an organization on our own, which can serve to the rapid and agile development needs of the clients, which we found lacking working with MNCs.
We wanted to setup a team of tech-savvy guys who want to build the next-generation products for clients in a much smaller time span in a highly cost-effective manner.

We have a highly experienced in-house team which includes Solution Architects, Cloud Architects, Designers, Front end and Backend developers, Mobile App developers, Manual and Automation testers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, Project Managers, etc.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other company models?
We believe in keeping the client's interest to the fore-front and like to call ourselves as partners rather than vendors.

We call ourselves domain agnostic, and our teams grab the know-how of any domain really fast. So far, we have primarily delivered projects in Supply Chain, eCommerce, Healthcare, Eduction, Financial Services, IoT, Automobiles, Insurance & Travel domains. We have a very high retention rate of close to 99% for clients who are looking for extended services post the initial launch of the product.

The average time to develop an application is dependent upon various factors. However, we adopt a discovery and design-first approach to come up with highly accurate estimates for our clients who don't have a detailed SRS available for estimation.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of software?
Every solution we work on is unique in its own sense, and the time to develop and deliver varies depending upon the complexity and the number of platforms to be developed for.

Which languages & frameworks do you prefer to use in the development of software?
Our teams have expertise in a gamut of languages and a framework for the development of software applications. We have expertise in Java, Python, Nodejs, .Net, .Net Core on backend and Reactjs, Vuejs, Angular, Polymer over the front end. We have experience developing quite a few PWA applications though we have huge experience building Android & iOS applications for our clients.

Developing an application requires a lot of effort. We take certain factors into consideration while estimating the costs for development :

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)
We work both on a Time and Material Model (T&M) as well as Fixed Time Fixed Price (FTFP). The choice of model depends upon the nature of engagement the client is looking at, our assessment of the platform, and the client's budget.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We generally look towards working on projects requiring development work from scratch that satiate our team's technical hunger. Generally, we look for long term associations with our clients even though the client may initially want to associate over a smaller requirement with a low budget.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
We have worked on projects ranging from 10k USD to 2 Mn USD in 2018.
