We now have a scalable AWS cloud instance that spins up docker images onto bare metal instances dynamically as a result of our job queue increasing. It's very optimised so start-up times are short and results are reported back to our main database in record time .Udio were able to start very quickly and delivered initial results within a week. They were very responsive to our questions and suggestions.

I went on paternity leave for two weeks at the beginning of September, and Knowa stepped up and took over my day-to-day management role, made sure that everything was being delivered on time, and continued to iterate and develop without me. The team was capable of stepping in and taking over at any point. The product manager we deal with is fantastic. They’re robust and thorough, and they have some of the most efficient processes I’ve seen in any tech or development firm. We feel that we can rely on them almost as an extension of us. They’re not just a contractor; they feel like part of the team.

After an extensive workshop we came to an agreement about the project details and the route. The application has been worked on in various phases. Each sprint was discussed in advance and assessed and discussed behind. Development is mainly done in PHP Laravel environment and SQL.

Content customers make designers happy. A magical mix that is rarely attained in the quick-paced development of digital projects when the development is outsourced and done on schedule. Changes to the scope were handled amicably and at reasonable costs.
