Isaiah McPeak came to Digitomark with the goal of building a brand that truly reflects his philosophy and brings his personality into his corporate dojo. We made sure everything, from the marketing funnel to the visual identity, was cohesive, while still giving each element its own distinct character.

NextUpLeader has a clear mission - to equip next-up-leaders, managers, and those taking on new responsibilities with the uncommon skills they need to excel. The foundation of the brand was built around this mission, and our goal was to create a distinct, bold, yet flexible identity that aligned with Isaiah's vision. We also wanted to incorporate a sense of elevation - not just representing Isaiah, but elevating his personal brand to the next level, so both he and his venture can grow together.

For NextUpLeader, we aimed for distinct yet simple identifiers that fit well with its niche. Our goal was to create visuals that are easily recognizable, but not so intricate that they overshadow the content itself.

This also meant that the supporting images needed to be carefully curated to maintain a consistent tone. To achieve this, we created a mood board that defines the type and tone of images that would align well with the marketing, while keeping our primary goal in mind - prioritizing content over visuals, but still ensuring they are recognizable.

Building Trust
The face of the brand is, of course, Isaiah McPeak, so our goal was to highlight that from the start. The hero section was designed to reflect who Isaiah is and what he represents. From the curated photograph to the digital signature, every element was carefully considered when crafting the core UI scheme of the website. Naturally, the branding we created served as the foundation for it all.

Establishing the Brand
The website wasn’t just another corporate portfolio - it was much more than that. We designed it to feel personal, unique, and modern. From intricate animations to content presentation, we ensured every element fit the brand’s needs and complemented its philosophy.

Delivering the Message
The NextUpLeader website was built with the goal of generating leads. This meant it needed to effectively communicate the services and offerings of the corporate dojo Isaiah was running. We didn’t want it to be just a collection of code; instead, we aimed for a coherent knowledge base where Isaiah could share his offerings without technical limitations. Each module was designed with flexibility and scalability in mind, ensuring that Isaiah would always have a way to communicate his thoughts to his core audience.

The Headless CMS Approach

The website was built for NextUpLeader, or more specifically, Isaiah McPeak. So, we needed to provide a solution he could easily use on a personal level. He required a CMS he could edit on the fly without needing a degree in computing, so we delivered exactly that - WordPress, one of the easiest CMS platforms. The website itself is powered by Next.js, and we implemented WordPress as a Headless CMS to give Isaiah the flexibility he needs while allowing us to maintain the technical capabilities to modernize the site. The result is a blazing-fast, pixel-perfect responsive website - a win-win for everyone.

The branding design for NextUpLeader was crafted to embody both positivity and professionalism. From the carefully chosen logo design to the precise wording of the branding guidelines, every element was designed to reflect their unique position in the industry - focused on turning ideas into products with an emphasis on growth through MVPs. Altogether, the branding establishes Studio Dev Hub as a welcoming, growth-driven partner for startups.
