Disrupt Ventures gave our fintech brand the edge it needed to stand out in an overcrowded space.
Disrupt Ventures.Agency also helped us build a branded B2B landing page for institutional partners, which was a total game-changer. It spoke directly to enterprise decision-makers while still keeping the spirit of our consumer brand. The storytelling was sharp, the UX intuitive, and it converted from day one. Even our investors complimented the clarity and polish.
The entire experience was collaborative. Their team felt like an extension of ours—always available, always bringing insights, and always pushing for excellence. They balanced creative ambition with strategic discipline, which is rare in any agency.

Describe your project in brief
As a fintech startup entering a space saturated with jargon-heavy, corporate-looking competitors, we knew we had to do something different—but still credible. We weren’t just offering another app to manage money; we were creating a simpler, human way to build financial confidence. Disrupt Ventures got that from day one.
They started with deep discovery—diving into our mission, target audience, behavioral insights, and market gaps. What impressed us most was how they translated complex financial concepts into emotionally resonant narratives. They didn’t just ask what we do—they focused on why it matters, and who it matters to. That insight shaped the entire brand positioning: from cold “financial tool” to warm “partner in financial wellness.”
The branding work went beyond the surface. The identity they built was minimalist but bold—balancing trust and innovation perfectly.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Since the rebrand, we've seen a 4x uptick in sign-ups, lower churn during onboarding, and our partnership pitch deck (also redesigned by them) finally gets the traction it deserves. More than metrics, though, we now feel like a brand people can believe in—and that belief is translating into real momentum.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
If I had to point out one thing, it would be that Disrupt Ventures sometimes over-delivered on options—especially in the early creative phases. While this sounds like a good problem to have (and in many ways it is), it occasionally made decision-making harder on our end.
