What Users Like The Least

The only area for improvement would be their frontend technology stack, which could be more modern. However, they are already addressing this, and although we experienced a few bugs, Django Stars has been responsive and proactive in resolving them.
What I like least about Django Stars is that sometimes the time zone differences can create slight delays in communication or response times. While they always make an effort to address this with proactive updates and flexibility, it occasionally requires extra planning on my end to ensure smooth collaboration. However, their commitment to delivering high-quality work ultimately outweighs this minor inconvenience.
While the team adapted well to our old systems, there was a learning curve that slightly impacted early progress. However, this is a typical challenge when integrating older systems with new platforms.

Django Stars became an integral part of our company, delivering a responsive and feature-rich marketplace solution.

We initially sought help with frontend development and slowly expanded our team with Django Stars’ support. They provided us with a very competent backend developer, and over time, helped us create a fully responsive web-based marketplace that also works on mobile devices. The product allows users to interact with properties on a Google map, communicate with property owners, register, send messages, and receive search alert emails. One of our investors had a previous positive experience with them and recommended their services to us.

Our partnership started in October 2018, and we’ve continued to work with them since. Over the course of our engagement, we’ve noticed significant improvements in our sprint velocity, with story points increasing and the number of bugs decreasing after each release. The pace of our sprints has dramatically increased from the beginning, and we’ve been impressed with the stable, well-organized team they’ve provided.

Their project manager acts as a Scrum master, providing a clear point of contact for our product owner. The team is fully engaged in delivering a high-quality product, and they approach the project as though they are part of our company, taking full responsibility for the solution.
