Mobily is one of the largest mobile network operators in Saudi Arabia. Being a legacy app and with its growing subscriber base, Mobily needed to stabilize and revamp their app to match the scalability of operations and customer base to attract and retain users.

Userlytics is a premier Usability Testing Platform with a worldwide participant panel that allows customers to get instant insights from their target personas. It uses advanced testing features such as branching logic, automated transcriptions, prototype testing, etc.

Being an advanced user testing platform, Userlytics needed to capture the qualitative and quantitative user experience data of participants by recording the screen, audio, webcam in a “Picture-in-Picture” format with metrics such as time on task, ease of use, success or failure, and more.

We built a product that allowed synchronized views, include in-video annotation of hyperlinked comments for easy sharing, to run tests on multiple usability studies.

SARVA makes yoga fun and approachable for all, breaking across the barriers of age. SARVA needed to automate its processes for smooth and synchronized functioning. We acted as their virtual CTO, who could lead them in terms of technology and digital innovations. This included R&D, choice of technology, embracing innovation, agile process, and implementing rapid prototyping, to integrate and align perspectives around common business priorities.

Star Health and Allied Insurance Co Ltd is the first private standalone Indian Insurance company. StarHealth wanted trendy design and intuitive UX to create a seamless mobile app that breaks from the standard Insurance designs. and we were approached to modernize StarHealth’s app and portal for customers and agents, while also establishing a new brand image that makes it friendly and approachable.

Our UI/UX designers analyzed their existing app, defined the user personas, and designed the wireframes and user flowchart. We enhanced the UI and defined a UX strategy with additional features to improve the user journey.

Bijlipay is an end-to-end payment solution provider with a vision to serve financial institutions and businesses through innovative payment solutions. The merchants had to visit the office to submit documents for verification to complete the registration process. Their manual documentation was taxing for both Bijlipay executives and merchants or retailers. This procedure took more than 3 days and involved a lot of back and forth, tedious follow up and verification by the Bijlipay staff. 

We created an app that allowed retail outlets, restaurants, home entrepreneurs, professionals to upload PDFs and other legal documents for verification and registration.
