Dream Technologies PLC

DreamTech, registered as Dream Technologies PLC, is a software development, mobile app development, and website development company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We help startups, small and medium businesses, enterprises, and institutions turn ideas and operational challenges into practical digital solutions. By bringing software engineering, product design, and business understanding together, we build technology that supports better customer experiences, more efficient operations, and sustainable growth.

As a mobile app development company in Ethiopia, we build applications for customers, employees, drivers, service providers, teachers, parents, and administrators. Our mobile solutions can combine user accounts, payments, maps, notifications, bookings, communication, and business reporting. We connect these experiences to backend systems and management dashboards, creating coordinated platforms rather than standalone apps. Product requirements guide our technology choices, interface design, security controls, testing, and release preparation.

Our website design and development services help organizations present their businesses clearly and make it easier for customers to take action. We create corporate websites, institutional websites, tourism websites, online stores, customer portals, and custom web applications. Our focus includes responsive layouts, clear navigation, fast loading, manageable content, search visibility, and practical enquiry routes. From a company website to an interactive business platform, we balance visual quality with usability and maintainability.

For businesses seeking greater operational control, we develop and implement ERP systems that bring departments and information together. Our work covers finance, inventory, purchasing, sales, human resources, production, and management reporting according to the agreed scope. Manufacturing solutions address factory workflows, raw materials, bills of materials, stock movements, and production records. We also build systems for trading and import/export businesses, helping teams organize transactions and reduce reliance on disconnected spreadsheets. Pasted markdown

DreamTech CRM connects lead management, customer communication, sales pipelines, follow-ups, projects, and payment tracking. It is designed to give salespeople clearer next actions and managers better visibility into recorded business activity. Alongside client projects, we develop and refine business software products that address recurring operational needs. This combination of custom development and product experience helps us understand both the initial build and the practical demands of ongoing use.

Every project begins with understanding the business. We review objectives, users, existing processes, priorities, and integration requirements before agreeing on scope and delivery milestones. Our process brings together discovery, interface design, development, testing, deployment, training, and agreed support. Through iterative delivery and regular reviews, clients can see working features, provide feedback, and make informed decisions as development progresses. Clear communication and documented responsibilities help keep expectations aligned throughout the project.

For organizations looking for a software development partner in Ethiopia, DreamTech brings websites, mobile applications, and business systems together under one team. We aim to make technology useful, understandable, and relevant to the people who depend on it. From the first product discussion to future improvements, our commitment is to help clients turn business requirements into dependable digital solutions. Our ambition is to be Ethiopia’s first choice for custom software, mobile apps, and website development, earning that position through thoughtful engineering, practical solutions, and lasting relationships with our clients.
