Challenge
The site’s desktop and mobile performance had degraded significantly: visitors couldn’t reliably view images, large CSS/JS assets were render-blocking, and images were not resizing correctly for devices — causing poor UX and slow admin panel responses. The client needed a quick, reliable performance recovery without breaking site functionality.
Solution
We performed a rapid audit to identify heavy assets, JS/CSS bottlenecks and image handling problems. Replaced and reconfigured caching (WP Rocket), introduced automated WebP conversion (WebP Express), removed unused CSS/JS, implemented critical CSS and optimized image delivery and resizing rules. We also tightened frontend loading logic and improved server response patterns.

Thruuu is a multifunctional SEO and content tool whose UI and information architecture were outdated: cluttered result screens, poor information hierarchy and unclear user flows were reducing feature discoverability and slowing onboarding. We conducted UX research (personas, competitor analysis), created a new information architecture with prioritized pages and redesigned key screens for clarity (SERP analysis view, brief template engine, comparison UI). Solution
