Additionally we provide survey/research services, database development and acquisition, and event promotion. Many of our clients retain us as their inbound solution as a way to pre-qualify sales opportunities. Our business model is very traditional as we only staff W2 employees and all of them work inside our office. We do not outsource, offshore or telecommute any staff or campaigns. Our clients enjoy the ability to monitor calls and participate in ongoing coaching and staff development.
