  • The SharePoint integration documentation could have been more detailed upfront for our customers' IT teams during initial setup. A few early onboarding calls required extra support that better docs would have prevented. EGS addressed this quickly once we flagged it, and it hasn't been an issue since. A minor process gap in an otherwise excellent engagement.

EGS built the full stack - backend architecture, frontend, secure multi-tenant document processing pipeline, SharePoint data synchronization, unlimited seat user management, and a multilingual interface. The platform serves customers across manufacturing, foundries, associations, and consulting firms, with strict data isolation per tenant. Security, scalability, and ease of use for non-technical users were key requirements throughout.
