While we now see this as the foundation of the project's success and wouldn't change a thing, it was a substantial initial time investment compared to other vendors we spoke with. The new site has made a significant difference for both our wholesale and retail audiences. Describe your project in brief

Our ecommerce site for ELKI Gourmet Foods was overdue for a revamp. We needed a modern storefront that represented our high-quality specialty food products while also being easy for both retail customers and wholesale buyers to use. The previous site was dated, difficult to navigate, and lacked the flexibility we needed to keep up with our growing catalog of jams, preserves, crackers, and Scandinavian delicacies.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their ability to combine strong design with practical functionality. The site is beautiful, but it also works seamlessly for our customers and our team. They really captured the essence of ELKI and made our brand shine online

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

If anything, we would have loved even more post-launch guidance on advanced digital marketing strategies. That said, the foundation they built for us is excellent, and their support team has been responsive whenever we’ve reached out.
