We were completely new to advertising and wanted to start reaching new customers and really get our name out there. We started with CRO, Facebook / Instagram advertising and Google ads - and have since added Pinterest advertising.

We started with a series of discovery meetings to make sure that Effeect would be a good fit. Once we decided to go with them, we had a meeting to discuss the best approach. They did a deep dive in to our business and metrics to make recommendations on which platforms we should tackle, as well as helped us create a budget to get us started. They also recommended CRO for us, which we did for the first year, and made some excellent changes to our website that really did help increase our conversions.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They really took the time to dig in to my business and truly learn our audience from the very start. That was very important to me - so that we could assure that our advertising agency would truly understand our customers and the brand voice that we want to portray.

Due of the weather, December through February are usually the slowest months for our company. In spite of this, our expenditures have greatly decreased and our revenues have increased by around 100% to 150%.

The team at Effeect is constantly striving to increase our leads. We have had some internal challenges with lead tracking but Effeect has worked with us through feedback of the leads to ensure that we are maximizing our visibility and effectiveness through language, keyword selection and in Meta, images. Our cost per lead has decreased overall.

17.2k clicks in last three months in 2024 versus 13.7k clicks in same 3 months in 2023. Consistently gaining approximate 150 New Front Page Rankings each month. In January 2024, new users were up 23% period over period and Engagement was up 11% POP so people are staying longer on the site. Usually see a rise in New Users month after month. And when it is down, sometimes the conversions are up so they are better customers.
