Elastic Mint was founded by developers with a vision to apply the lessons of over 20 years of software development to address these problems. We believe there is no substitute for experienced developers working alongside teams, guiding and mentoring them. This lays the foundation for teams to deliver excellent, reliable software at speed. Our values really matter to us. We genuinely live by them because our clients see how our values are reflected in the work we do for them and the positive impact they have on those who work with us. When we came together as a partnership one of the first things we did was to list all the things we would always do and all those we would never do. When we looked at what we had come up with we realised that all of these things are summed up nicely by the Extreme Programming values.
