Working with Elegance IT Solutions has been an incredible experience for Apple Gadgets Bangladesh. As a tech-driven business, we needed an e-commerce platform that could keep up with the demands of our growing customer base, and Elegance IT delivered beyond our expectations.

Our old website was outdated and slow, making online shopping difficult for customers. Elegance IT rebuild it with modern tech like React JS, Next JS, Laravel, and Meilisearch, creating a fast, user-friendly, and SEO-friendly experience.

They also secured our website, set up a cloud server for better performance, and provided ongoing maintenance. The powerful search functionality made it easy for customers to find what they need, and the smooth data migration ensured no disruptions.

Since the launch, we’ve seen a boost in customer satisfaction, with the site handling peak traffic smoothly. Communication was excellent, and their team was always responsive and professional.

Elegance IT Solution creates everything easy for us, and delivered at super high quality--- I'm happy with them.

Elegance IT Solution’’ designed and built out a totally new, custom web/mobile portal, which was a huge success. Ultimately. They were the lead design and development team for the entire mobile/web portal, including the backend, frontend, UI, UX, and CMS to control all the content on the web portal. Elegance IT Solution had such a good reputation, but they also made a point to come into our offices multiple times early on to strategize and discuss the assignment and how it might take shape. They produced really quality work, but their strongest quality is being responsive and communicative and responding to issues quickly when they arise. They have been very helpful in educating us about digital and technology along the way, and I think this is perhaps unique. They were patient with us, but also very aggressive in helping us meet our deadlines. We felt that we had someone on our side, versus having an “outsourced agency.”

The Elegance IT Solution team's project management system was professional. At first, they gave me a flowchart where it was noted- how they will do work, their work strategy, and where they need to present and correct us. all the segments were noted that's why it was easy to attend any meeting on time.

The maximum conversation was via email, and sometimes attended zoom meetings for correction and updating.

Elegance IT Solution UI/UX Design team when gave us to see the design, literally that Time we were surprised lot, First impression I canâ€™t overlook to it. Another thing I should share because our website cost was the most reasonable. It is another different thing from the Elegance IT Solution that I didn't get from others.

Best Web & Mobile App Developent Company

I had a product in mind to be built on both mobile and web platforms. I searched many companies online and only after I shortlisted a few of them and after several rounds of interviews I chose to go with Elegance IT Solution. The reason was, I found them their portfolio quite impressive and they talked things that make sense in the real-world conditions. And now that I am working with them I find them really quick, capable and confident of whatever they do. The team members handling my project are really good at communication, which is a plus. It’s been a few months I have been associated with the company and I can recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their web or mobile app developed.

Amazing Experience

Working with Elegance IT Solution was an amazing experience. I gave his team full creative control to build my Shopify site and I am beyond impressed with the quality of the site and logo they produced and the level of service I received.
