Hostel basers has 3 user roles

1) Admin Role - Management of all properties listed in software

2) Vendor/Agent Role - PG/Hostel owner who can list their property and check their transactions/bookings etc

3) User/ Customer Role - User who are looking for Paying guest in their nearby areas can check various options available and can book online or after property visit.

To make this website scalable and effiecient our team has decided to choose technology handles operation smoothly with a user-friendly design experience.

👉  We’ve decided to use Laravel as a front-end technology that handles requests efficiently and MySql to handle scalable data.

👉  Majority of people in India have a Mobile handset, we proposed to go first with an application.

👉 Choosing Map box as a mapping solution was a wise decision. They provide elegant and out of box solution.

👉 We’ve decided to give maximum details about the property like Amenities provided by the owner, and different room selection options.

👉 We’ve decided to give the nearby option for primary places like. Bus stand, Train Stand, Cafe/Restaurant, University, Airport.

👉 We developed algorithm to find best near by property based on user’s interests.

👉 Our machine learning experts have written an ANN module that understand behaviour of users and predicts probability of continuation of contract with Hostel Basera.

Problem statement

There have been issues where customers (Practice Owners / Providers) have issues interacting with Synergy or miss a self serve option and rely on emails and reminders from staff. Inclusion of member portal solves this problem.

Proposed work

Build a self-serve portal which allows practice owners and providers to sign up and enter the application details and enable basic operations like uploading documents, accepting / rejecting matches , uploading production report etc.
