Email Kong is a retention agency for DTC brands, based in London and working with brands in the US, UK and Europe. So the email programme and the subscription programme are run by the same people.

We build and run abandonment, post-purchase, winback and subscription flows, plus campaigns and SMS in Klaviyo. For subscription brands we work on cancel flows, failed payment recovery and winback inside Loop. Every client gets a fixed monthly retainer, a shared Slack channel, one monthly report and one monthly call with their account team. We reply within 1 working day. We never take a percentage of revenue and we never guarantee revenue numbers.
