THE CHALLENGE

BioLogic Technik is a Singapore deep-tech start-up, focused on medical device and IoT Technologies. The company pioneers an embedded biomechanics algorithm for walking gait and strength measurement used in hospital and nursing homes, achieving higher than 90% detection accuracy for weak gait. To take the whole concept of automated gait and strength analyzer into effect, BioLogic Technik aimed at not only some standalone device but a holistic solution package that responds to:

- How to help patients monitor and improve their health status themselves?

- How to facilitate doctors and nurses in tracking their patients’ status in real time, thereby giving advice and taking actions on time and on point?

- As their key IoT development partner, Enable Startup has collaborated with BioLogic Technik since 2015 to bring all the answers to life.

THE SOLUTIONS

Together we came up with a complete IoT ecosystem consisting of 4 cornerstones:

• BIOMECHANICAL WEARABLE: An instant gait and strength measurement device that helps capture the user’s on-going movement and display the resulted analysis on a connected mobile app on a real time basis.
• BIOPACER SMARTAPP: A mobile app that is associated with the wearable device, used by both patients and healthcare workers to watch the gait and strength indicators, thus ensuring the patient is following the correct type and intensity.
• ELDERLY CARE - BED-EXIT FALL PREVENTION SYSTEM: A motion tracking system that helps caregivers keep track of their patients’ attempts to get out of bed, thereby reducing the likelihood of falls and offering speedy assistance.
• BIOPACER MOBILE APP: A coaching platform targeting the elderly and people with fitness issues as a whole. The app offers rich community features (social, trending, infotainment), virtual coaching resources with a high level of personalization, facilitating users to practice exercise at their own pace.

Our collaboration was initiated in 2015 and since then has continuously produced rewarding results. So far, the solution has been successfully adopted by 1 hospital, 3 nursing homes and thousands of users throughout Singapore, and keeps on expanding its reach. The innovation was shortlisted within HIS Challenge 2018 Awards Top 20.

MobiFone Enterprise Solutions

THE CHALLENGE

For several years now, MobiFone has kicked off strategic initiatives to get up to speed on digital transformation. Under this vision, KPI management and cost allocation are among the critical areas to be overhauled. We have been then tasked with the mission of tailoring software systems that enable these processes to be streamlined across their entire organization. By its nature, this appeared to be one of our most challenging yet exciting projects ever. Given the long-established workflows as well as the cumbersome multidivisional structure of MobiFone, what they look to our expertise for was not only about technology but also about change management.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

In 2019, BioLogic Technik launched Biopacer - an IoT smart app offering a highly integrated exercise and fall prevention program that is customized to fitness level. They reached out to us requesting solutions to effectively market the app.

THE SOLUTION

After thorough marketing research and client resource analysis, we came up with a solution consisting of an app landing page and an intro video.

• The landing page is essential for Biopacer app's branding as well as user acquisition and communications, ultimately boosting sales.
• Complementing to it, an intro video is super effective to wrap all the unique selling points and giving audiences an intuitive glance into the experience the app offers.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Formally a thriving street wear online store, Hype2U saw large opportunities in the fashion rental model, based on their solid inventory capacity and customer base, as well as a rising demand for renting premium fashion items in the Malaysian market. In 2019, they decided it’s time to give it a go. Enable Startup had the chance to accompany them from the very first stage of this bold project, which is among the first of its kind in Asia.

THE CHALLENGE

The client reached out to us with a broad idea about an online rental store specialized in premium designer street wear and apparel for the Malaysian market. The biggest challenge lied at the fact that Hype2U was literally Malaysia' first mover in the online clothing rental service, meaning few proven lessons to learn from. Our mission was then helping them to flesh out the idea by determining: - how the platform should look like to tone in with its target buyers' persona - which features it should include to work out the online rental model Then ultimately, bringing it all to life!

THE CHALLENGE

In 2019, the company kicked off a project to revamp their brand image, of which the company website is at the heart. Erria team then brought our marketers, UX-UI designers and developers on board with a mission of transforming their website into a brand new version as professional, robust and world-class as the their services’ quality. The ultimate goals were to strengthen company’s market positioning and to capture more convertible traffic.

THE SOLUTION

After conducting extensive desk research and meetings with the client to get immersed in the freight transport industry as well as Erria’s unique service levels and value propositions, we started crafting the messaging experience and UX-UI solutions that serve the jobs of:
